The Yamaha Super Tenere XT1200Z has become a definite contender in the ADV world and has developed a hefty following of riders that aren’t afraid to take it to the limit. Give your bike an extra step of protection with AltRider Upper Crash Bars.

The AltRider Upper Crash Bars mount to the AltRider Lower Crash Bars using custom aluminum clamps to provide a solid foundation. This mounting system also increases the strength of the lower bars by further tying the left and right sides together. This ensures impacts are absorbed by the entire crash bar system and spread across multiple mounting points. The upper crash bars also provide protection for the fairings and radiator, and serve as an excellent mounting location for auxiliary lighting and other accessories.

AltRider’s Upper Crash Bars for the Super Tenere are constructed of high quality stainless steel with laser cut flanges, CNC formed tube bends and hand TIG welds for maximum strength and durability. Stainless steel mounting flanges protect the clamps from damage and secure the upper bars to four different mounting points to distribute the load.

The bars are available in a silver matte bead-blasted stainless steel finish or in a black powder coated finish. AltRider Lower Crash Bars are required for mounting, and installation is easy with included hardware.
